Prepare for Enrolment
Step 1:
- Get a USI if you don't already have one.
Click for how to create a USI - Prepare 2 forms of ID.
1 Form of ID must be a photo ID.
Step 2:
- when you complete the enrolment application, please ensure that your full name, date of birth and place of birth match the information shown on your 2 forms of ID documents at Step 1
Step 3:
- when you complete the enrolment application, please ensure that the enrolment information that you provide matches the information and ID documents that you used when creating your USI
