TLI20421 Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations


 

Program Overview
This qualification is for a person engaged in supply chain operations support who undertakes a range of tasks involving known routines and procedures, with limited individual responsibility.

Entry Requirements
The following requirements need to be met prior to acceptance into this program:

  • LLN requirements – students will undertake a brief LLND test to ensure they have the capacity to learn their vocation and complete all course requirements including assessments.
  • Valid USI number

Program Structure
To achieve this qualification, competency must be demonstrated in 14 units of competency consisting of:

  • TLIL0007 Complete workplace induction procedures
  • TLIF0025 Follow work health and safety procedures
  • TLIF0009 Ensure the safety of transport activities (Chain of Responsibility)
  • TLIX0023 Identify the roles and functions of the supply chain industry
  • TLIE1003 Participate in basic workplace communication
  • TLIE0002 Process workplace documentation
  • TLIA0010 Identify goods and store to specifications
  • TLID0020 Shift materials safely using manual handling methods
  • TLID0021 Store and handle dangerous goods and hazardous substances
  • BSBOPS304 Deliver and monitor a service to customers
  • BSBOPS305 Process customer complaints
  • BSBPEF201 Support personal wellbeing in the workplace
  • BSBTEC202 Use digital technology to communicate in a work environment
  • TLIU2012 Participate in environmentally sustainable work practices

Program Outcome
Students who receive a competent outcome for each unit within this program will be entitled to receive TLI20421 Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations issued by Academy Green Learning.

Eligibility
To be eligible for this program you must:
• an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, humanitarian visa holder or New Zealand citizen
• have access to the facilities, equipment and tools as required for this industry and job role
• additionally for online students, access to a computer with internet, word processing tools, digital communication platforms, and other systems and devices
