The User Choice program provides ACT Government-subsidised training.

Subsidies are for eligible Australian Apprentices undertaking approved qualifications in the ACT.

The program provides funding for apprentices and trainees to undertake qualifications that meet current and future workforce needs.

Academy Green Learning is an approved provider, offering nationally recognized qualifications that support career growth and workforce development in the ACT.

Skilled Capital is an ACT Government training initiative, funded by the ACT and Australian Governments.

Academy Green Learning can provide employers access to subsidised traineeships. This will give your employees a unique opportunity to complete a nationally recognised qualification whilst concurrently building their skills in their role.

Eligibility criteria to be a New Entrant Traineeship

To be eligible for a new entrant traineeship your employees need to be employed:

for less than 3 months as a full-time employee prior to the commencement of the traineeship, or
for less than 12 months as a part-time or casual employee prior to the commencement of the traineeship, or
for less than 12 months in a combination of part-time, casual and full-time employment prior to the commencement of the traineeship
